(cut to) and he should be very careful about characterizing somebody in the legal sense." a spokesman for reid says trump wants to silence his critics with the threat of legal action-- which should shock and concern americans. new at 3 -- a jury reached a verdict in the so- called hot car death trial of justin ross harris. he's the atlanta-area man accused of intentionally locking his 22-month-old son inside a hot car back in 20-14, the jury found harris guilty on eight charges, including three counts of murder and two counts of cruelty to children. the jury deliberated for four days before reaching a verdict. harris faces life in prison. now to ohio - where protests are erupting after a judge declared a mistrial in a case of a police officer charged with shooting an unarmed man. nats protests :03

system moves into the area and brings gusty winds and a big coo-down to the area. expect highs in the upper 70s tomorrow, with high clouds and light winds. high temps will remain in the low to mid 70s on wednesday. however, we will get a push of cloud cover and gusty winds by that afternoon. expect gusts to about 45 mph wednesday afternoon and evening. the cold air will push in and drop high temps to about 60 degrees on thursday. also, thursday will still be quite windy with gusts to about 45mph, which means it will feel even colder. the system moves on by friday, which means lighter winds that day. however, it will still be chilly with highs in the low to mid 60s around the valley.

channel 8 dr kishner dr because of a deadly crash. this is because of that crash where a woman was hit by a car., we first broke this story minutes ago. this afternoon a warning for parents about kids and technology. if you're using parental control software and think it's stopping your children from browsing dangerous websites -- think again! abc's t-j holmes is trying out that software and whether it works or not. we're about to give these 9- tj: "who is better at technology in your house? the kids or the parents?" "the kids. the kids." "our generation always grew up, like, having these devices." these self-proclaimed "experts" laugh at strategies their parents put in place to block them from some online content. "you all have ways of figuring out your parents' passwords.

passwords, i put my thumbprint on it." "oh yeah-" "on my mac, i have, like, parental controls. and i sometimes i take it off-" "so how are you able to do that?" "it's the netflix password." "okay, so to you guys, parental controls." "aren't really parental controls-" "aren't really parental controls." "try to go to robofun" they get half an hour to get to a site we blocked - robofun, the name of the school helping - finds something called a proxy site - which allows you to bypass filters like parental controls.
